Doula Services in Louisville KY, and Southern Indiana

I am a DONA-Certified Doula who has worked a great deal with VBACs. If you have any general questions about doulas, read my doula FAQ section. This simple Q&A set is intended to answer your broad questions about doulas and their role in labor support. If you have more specific questions, simply send an e-mail. I try to answer all my e-mails within a day of receiving. I take clients in Louisville, Kentucky, Southern Indiana, and surrounding areas.

My $450 fee includes these services:

• Free Initial Consultation
• One - Two Prenatal visits:
  During these visits, I will be discussing your preferences for this labor and birth, assisting with birth planning as needed, and practicing for labor and birth. I provide 24-hour phone and e-mail support.
• Labor and birth:
  I will be with you throughout your labor and birth, at home and at the hospital, to provide continuous and undivided attention that you need.
• Breastfeeding support:
  I will remain with you for at least one to two hours after birth to assist with early breastfeeding.
• Postpartum Visit:
  By one to two weeks after your baby's birth, I will visit your family to discuss your birth experience and to clarify any questions that you may have. I will also available to evaluate your baby's breastfeeding progress.
